  • Earth 2024
Present day is the year 2025. After the Blip came the Multiverse Event. This dimension is the one we are all familiar with however, many things have changed. Earth 2024 is now home to beings from other dimensions and some people have been permanently displaced to other dimensions. Some of our heroes and villains are coexisting with varients of themselves; others have been reunited with varients of people they thought they had lost forever. Everyone is struggling with the fact that the world has been changed once again, though this time, the government response was swift and efficient. Inspired by Captain America, governments have made accommodations for those who were displaced, made ammends for the things they did wrong after the Blip, and simply done their best. It has been one year since the Event and the world is working as well as it can. (Characters from Disney+ Wandavision, Hawkeye, the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the Netflix shows & the films must be from this dimension.)

    Earth 2012
A branch has broken from Earth 2024 due to the Avengers time traveling. Loki has escaped to the TVA and encountered Mobius and Sylvie. Meanwhile, the Avengers of 2012 followed a different path: Hydra has taken over and our heroes have been in hiding for sixteen years in an underground Stark family bunker. While they have attempted a resistence, Hydra's hold on the world has been too great to battle. Many of their friends have died, others have been changed forever. The Bunker, equipped with Jarvis and cloaked from the world, allows the Avengers to live relatively normal lives but being isolated with only each other as company has taken its toll. Notable deaths: the Barton family, Bucky Barnes, Jane Foster, Pepper Potts. (Characters from Disney+ Loki must be from this dimension.)

    Spiderverse 2002
Peter Parker has found a balance between being Spiderman and himself. He and Mary Jane have settled down and built a life for themselves. It took some time, but they made it work. After the events of the Multiverse, Peter #2 was stuck in Earth 2024. (Characters from the 2002 - 2007 Spiderman films must be from this dimension.)

    Spiderverse 2012
After the death of Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker threw himself into being Spiderman. He has withdrawn from the world and dedicated himself to his vigilante lifestyle, becoming more bitter and angry as time went on. After the events of the Multiverse, Peter #3 was stuck in Earth 2024. (Characters from the 2012 - 2014 Spiderman films must be from this dimension.)

    Dimension R
Instead of kidnapping Peter Quill, Yondu's Ravagers took T'Challa instead. He became Star Lord. In this dimension, Thanos never sought the infinity stones, the Guardians of the Galaxy never became a team, and the Wakandans became allies with beings from different worlds. (Characters from this episode of What If? must be from this dimension.)

    Dimension AA
In this dimension, the Avengers live in the Avengers tower and encounter monster of the week type problems. There was a wendigo once; Natasha turned into a vampire (apparently Dracula was a huge problem during WW2!). Sound familiar? This is the Avengers Assemble dimension where Dr. Doom and Modok are annoying and the Avengers are a big ol' family. Also, Sam Wilson is, like 17.

    Dimension C
Instead of Steve Rogers, Peggy Carter becomes Captain Carter. Steve Rogers pilots the Hydra Stomper; Bucky Barnes retires from the army after the war is won. Peggy and Steve's stories are swapped. Steve lives a long life and passes away peacefully in his sleep. Peggy is teleported to the future and resumes her work as Captain Carter, alongside the Avengers. (Characters from this episode of What If? must be from this dimension.)

    Earth 614
In 1945, Hydra finds Steve Rogers after he falls from the train to his apparent death. There, he becomes the Winter Soldier. Bucky Barnes completes Steve's mission: destroying the Red Skull and crashing the plane into the ice; in 2012 he is found and SHIELD realizes he has been altered by Zola's super soldier serum. He takes up the mantle of Captain America and follows Steve's intended path, fighting alongside the Avengers. Meanwhile, a ghost lurks in the shadows. Hydra has been waiting for the right moment to attack -- it isn't in 2014 with Project Insight, rather ten years later when world peace has been achieved and the Avengers are discussing retirement. (The Avengers in this dimension are the original six -- minus Steve -- Bucky, Sam, Wanda and Pietro.)

    Dimension Stark
In Afghanistan, Tony Stark is rescued by James Rhodes during the initial attack on his life. Although he does not become Iron Man, he quickly discovers Obadiah Stane's betrayal and restructures Stark Industries into a peacekeeping organization. Dedicated to helping the world, Tony leads a group of young individuals with powers. Using his vast resources, they protect and heal the Earth from human destruction. In 2022, his team come into contact with SHIELD who finally reveal themselves when a being from another planet threatens Earth. They work together to save humanity, and then the multiverse opens.

    Earth 92
In 1992, rather than killing his brother, N'Jobu, King T'Chacka helps free his sister in-law from prison and brings his family home to Wakanda. He opens Wakanda and shares its resources with the world. Although it is a long journey, the people of Earth do not fight over resources as many thought they would. With the Wakandans far advanced than any other nation and yet willing to help others, they build solutions for people in all nations, effectively ending homelessness, food disparity, and making strides toward healing the planet from global warming. The world is not perfect but people are more inclined to work together to achieve a goal rather than fight against one another. In 2024, in a technologically advanced and borderless Earth, the multiverse opens.
